Bill Simmons is a veteran ministry leader who specializes in personal and organizational change. His personal LifeWare operating system includes being a Coach, Teammate, and Cheerleader to his family; being an Entrepreneur, Team Builder, Change Activist, Strategic Thinker, and Creative Problem Solver to the Church; and being a Disciple, Lifelong Learner, and Runner as an individual.

Bill is currently serving the church through Legacy Coaching: a coaching, consulting and training ministry and at SpringWell Church in Taylors, SC.

Bill is loving life with his wonderful wife, Renee. The two of them moved to Greenville, SC in May 2007 to have a front row seat to the miracle of their family (Teddy, Robyn and TJ).
